We opened this business in 2014, and since then, we have never stopped looking forward. Over the years, this project has evolved significantly, and we are grateful for your continued support. Today marks a new chapter in our journey: we’ve been working on it a lot, and we are excited to present to you our bakery.
Everything you see on our counter is freshly baked every day, and it’s the result of months spent carefully sourcing the best ingredients, allowing us to provide you with the quality and care we seek in every aspect of this business.
From coffee to pastries, attention to detail is what matters to us, and we take pride in what we have become: a specialty coffee shop and an artisan bakery inspired by Nordic vibes.
As Filter continues to evolve, we can’t wait for you to see where this new path will take us.

Bun, stavolta con qualche piccola novità!
I più temerari potranno scegliere un percorso più lungo
da 8 km, mentre resta il percorso originale da 3 km,
con la doppia partenza da entrambe le palestre.
