We call it “Dolce Far Niente”

We call it “Dolce Far Niente.”
But it isn’t about doing nothing.
It’s about finally having the time to read one more page. To lose yourself in the sound of the breeze through the olive trees. To let the sun warm your skin, sip by sip, conversation after conversation.
At I Borghi dell’Eremo, il dolce far niente becomes something beautifully simple: the luxury of slowing down, without feeling the need to fill every moment.
Because the purest form of luxury isn’t found in what you do,
it’s found in how deeply you allow yourself to live the moment.

There’s a moment at Christmas when everything slows down.
Soft lights, the scent of fir, a table ready to welcome, and that warmth that instantly makes you feel at home.
It’s an atmosphere made of details, gentle silences and sharing, where time becomes a gift and every gathering turns into a memory to treasure.
