Se venite a pranzo al Ristorante Canneto, è molto probabile che a portarvi il primo calice sia Giada.
Ha iniziato in cucina, poi la sala l’ha conquistata: il contatto con le persone, il servizio, il vino, la possibilità di raccontare quello che c’è dietro a una bottiglia o a un piatto.
Per noi Giada è una di quelle persone che, giorno dopo giorno, sono diventate parte del nostro ritmo.
E se in cucina avanza una porzione di tagliolini di riso, sappiamo già per chi tenerla da parte💙

She started out in the kitchen, but soon fell in love with the dining room: the connection with people, the service, the w**e, and the chance to tell the story behind a bottle or a dish.
For us, Giada is one of those people who, day after day, have become part of the rhythm of the restaurant.
