Questo piatto si chiama “La Scarpetta” e la sua fine è già nel nome.

Prima si assaggia la zuppa, poi si scioglie lo squaletto. A quel punto il pane diventa praticamente obbligatorio.

Più di sei preparazioni di pesce racchiuse in un’unica ricetta, con un obiettivo molto semplice: non lasciare niente nel piatto.

Qui al Canneto, abbiamo vissuto un pomeriggio che racconta il valore delle collaborazioni.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare la presentazione della nuova “Key Largo” di Sessa Marine in un pomeriggio passato tra meeting, aperitivo a buffet e DJ set.

Siamo davvero orgogliosi di aver festeggiato la collaborazione nata tra e , un’importante realtà della nautica del territorio bergamasco con cui condividiamo la passione per l'accoglienza e la valorizzazione del nostro lago e del nostro territorio.

Ogni traguardo è un nuovo punto di partenza. Questo è solo il primo di tanti che potrete celebrare qui con noi, al Canneto.✨

Oggi Andrea ci apre le porte della cucina per condividere quei piccoli gesti che, più di tanti ingredienti, fanno la differenza.

Una cottura attenta, un rametto di rosmarino, olio buono e sale: pochi condimenti, sufficienti a valorizzare la materia prima.
