Il nostro viaggio tra le correnti oggi fa tappa ad Ovest con "il Ponente"

• Ponente: Vento del Mediterraneo che soffia da Ovest verso Est. Indica la fine delle perturbazioni, l'arrivo del bel tempo e prende il nome dal punto in cui il sole tramonta.
Un’interpretazione fresca e leggera del classico Negroni, dal colore infuocato che evoca i tramonti estivi sulle nostre coste. Viene servito accompagnato da una gelatina al Negroni, simbolo del sole che cala sul mare.
Il sorso perfetto per salutare la giornata e accogliere la sera. 🍹✨
