This is the story of last Tuesday morning.

That morning, the shifting light felt like nature’s own magic trick.
I really missed not having a pro camera to capture it all quickly and vividly—it was like
stepping straight into a late-18th-century painting🎩

▫️No filters used. I only dialed back the saturation slightly in a few shots; otherwise, no one would’ve believed how intense the colors really were.

Today is Saint Michael.

According to anthroposophy,
Since 1879, the Archangel of the ☀️
has whispered a gentle invitation:
to let go of heavy, materialistic thoughts
and rise into spiritual clarity.
It’s a dance of
fearlessness
and selfless individuality,
where science, art, and soul
weave together like golden threads.

Michael doesn’t slay
the dragon alone—he holds out his hand, asking us
to walk beside him, awake,
light, and free.

It’s exactly what we try
to accomplish here
in this special place
without saying so outright.

But… sensitive guests
feel something
and leave feeling rebalanced☀️

The sun rises
on a sea of clouds.
Natural light enlightens our thoughts.
Far from here, most of
our human sisters and brothers are losing
the chance to be part of
this miracle that happens
every day we wake up.

Lost within screens,
in search of
perfection and growth.

But if we erase the chance
to make some mistakes each day,
how can we learn something new?

The countryside is a mix of
many imperfections that together
create great beauty.

The Mirror of September

Dear readers 🌿

September arrives disguised as summer.
Today, at about 1 pm, when the sun is hottest (33 C)
I took these pics and thought about “reality”.

Is reality like a mirror
showing only what we pretend to see?

Consider Mrs. Cosetta 🐶:

Is she more real in the glass,
sharp as a cut shadow,
or in the foreground, bathed in solar light?

One image hangs like a ghost,
the other burns like a memory not yet lived.

I cast this question like a paper airplane.

Hilarious weekend 🐶

It’s a rare spectacle

when Karin dares to pet Cosetta
in public.

The comedy gold, as Karin explains,
is that “The moment my hand moves,
Cosetta throws herself into such an
over-the-top pose of
utter submission
that passersby look ready to call animal control, 😂
convinced I’m a secret dog-beater.

Let me be clear: I have never, not even once,
bent a single hair on her head!

She’s basically method-acting
the role of ‘Abused Pug’ just for
a little scratch behind the ears.”

At which point, we both dissolve into helpless laughter.
