🍽️ Al Ristorante La Veranda a Moltrasio non troverai piatti d'autore. Troverai ricette di famiglia.
È una differenza che senti già al primo assaggio. Qui i piatti non li ha firmati un nome: li hanno tramandati le generazioni che si sono passate di mano la sfoglia tirata sul tavolo, il sugo che sobbolle piano sui fornelli, il pane sfornato ogni mattina. Le stesse ricette dal lontano 1932, fatte in casa come si faceva una volta, con ingredienti di stagione e niente scorciatoie. 🏡
Ed è per questo che, anche se ti siedi da noi per la prima volta, quel sapore lo riconosci. Sa di domenica, di tavola apparecchiata, di casa. Non c'è bisogno di spiegarlo: basta assaggiarlo. 😋

It's a difference you taste from the very first bite. Here the dishes aren't signed by a name: they've been handed down by the generations who passed one another the pasta rolled out on the table, the sauce simmering slowly on the stove, the bread baked fresh every morning. The same recipes since way back in 1932, made in-house the way it used to be done, with seasonal ingredients and no shortcuts. 🏡
And that's why, even if you sit down with us for the very first time, you recognise that flavour. It tastes of Sundays, of a table laid for everyone, of home. There's no need to explain it: you just have to taste it. 😋
