One Night Only | Sea, Signora x Victoria Beach

On September 5, Sea, Signora is traveling to Menaggio, taking over the authentic lakeside setting of Victoria Beach. A special one-night-only experience for those who want to enjoy Sea, Signora a little closer to the water.

Expect welcome drinks, a seasonal pop-up menu and music that carries the evening well into the night.

We took our Nuggets with Caviar to the streets of Milan and let people decide for themselves. Curiosity first, a bite second, then came the very convincing reactions.

An unlikely combination, taken out of the restaurant and put to the ultimate test: the people of Milan. No script or instructions, just Nuggets, Caviar and a few very willing volunteers.

The verdict? We’ll let their faces do the talking.

Abbiamo portato i nostri Nuggets con Caviale per le strade di Milano e lasciato che fossero i milanesi a dire la loro.

Prima la curiosità, poi il primo assaggio e subito dopo reazioni decisamente convincenti.

Un abbinamento sicuramente inaspettato, uscito dal ristorante ha affrontato il test finale: i milanesi. Nessun copione, nessuna istruzione: solo Nuggets, Caviale e qualche volontario più che disponibile.

Il verdetto? Lasciamo che siano le loro facce a parlare.

Our Crispy Lamb Cutlet has built quite a reputation.

Maybe it’s the contrast. Crispy on the outside, tender at the center, finished with carrots and a pomegranate lamb jus, every bite brings out something a little different.

La nostra Costoletta d’Agnello Croccante si è costruita una bella reputazione.

Forse è tutta una questione di contrasti. Croccante fuori, tenera al cuore, accompagnata da carote e fondo d’agnello al melograno, ogni boccone rivela qualcosa di diverso.
