From the first service in Milan to today, the kitchen has been a place of exchange as much as creation. A place where ideas, techniques and knowledge have been shared, passed on and refined alongside generations of chefs who have contributed to this story and helped it grow.
Our sincere thanks go to all of them, to collaborators, to partners and to the guests who have placed their trust in us year after year, returning to our tables and becoming part of this journey.
Milan has always been the backdrop to this evolution: a city that taught us to keep moving forward while remaining true to who we are.
