Nel frattempo, però, non intendiamo rassegnarci: sostituiremo le bottiglie di Romanée-Conti sottratte, ricostruiremo ciò che è stato danneggiato e continueremo a fare ciò che amiamo fare ogni giorno. Un furto può portare via grandi vini, anche di valore commerciale pari a centinaia di migliaia di euro, ma non può portare via il lavoro, la passione e la dedizione che da anni mettiamo nel nostro ristorante. Grazie a tutti per i tantissimi messaggi di vicinanza e sostegno: ci danno ancora più forza per ripartire.

We will file a complaint with the judicial authorities and are confident that those responsible will be identified. In the meantime, however, we do not intend to give up: we will replace the stolen bottles of Romanée-Conti, rebuild what was damaged, and continue doing what we love to do every day. A theft can steal great wines, even with a retail value of hundreds of thousands of euros, but it cannot take away the work, passion, and dedication we have put into our restaurant for years. Thank you all for the many messages of support and encouragement: they give us even more strength to start over.
