I’m Miguel.
Since many of you are new here, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.
Many people know me for cooking, and yes, I truly love it, but what I love most is creating moments where people can slow down, breathe, and simply feel good.
I believe in simple things done well: shared meals, the smell of something cooking slowly, genuine conversations, the quietness of nature and moments where time finally slows down.
Together with Claudia, my wife, life partner, and the tireless soul behind the scenes, we started a special journey: creating retreats and experiences where people can step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover something that everyday life often makes us forget: presence, lightness, and authenticity.
We’re creating real moments, the kind that make you think: “I really needed this.”

Ciao e benvenuti a tutti i nuovi arrivati
Sono Miguel.
Visto che siete in tanti qui da poco, volevo prendermi un momento per presentarmi.
Molti mi conoscono per la cucina, ed è vero, amo cucinare , ma quello che amo davvero è creare momenti in cui le persone possano rallentare, respirare e sentirsi bene.
Credo nelle cose semplici fatte bene: una tavola condivisa, il profumo di qualcosa che cuoce lentamente, una conversazione sincera, il silenzio della natura, il tempo che finalmente smette di correre.
Insieme a Claudia , mia moglie, compagna di vita e l’anima instancabile dietro le quinte , abbiamo iniziato un percorso speciale: creare retreat ed esperienze dove le persone possano staccare dal rumore, riconnettersi con sé stesse e ritrovare qualcosa che spesso nella vita quotidiana si perde: presenza, leggerezza e autenticità.
Non cerchiamo la perfezione.
Cerchiamo momenti veri. Quelli che ti fanno dire: “Avevo proprio bisogno di questo.”
