Grazie alle sue precedenti esperienze, tra cui allo storico Bar Cristallo e nella sua prima pasticceria artigianale Lamioni & Bianchi entrambi situati a Firenze, ha portato questa ventata di novità nel piccolo borgo di Gaiole in Chianti. I 3 figli hanno lavorato gomito a gomito con Guido per anni, trasformando poi nel 1998 il negozio originale nell'attuale ristorante, pizzeria & bar portandosi dietro le ricette storiche di gelati, prodotti da forno dolci e salati. This family business was born in 1965 with Patriarch Guido Bianchi and wife Alfreda as bakery and pastry , confectionery and delicatessen shop . Thanks to his previous experience, including the historical Crystal Bar and his first traditional bakery and pastry shop Lamioni & Bianchi, both located in Florence, Guido brought this breath of fresh air in the small village of Gaiole in Chianti. Guido’s daughters and son Fernanda, Betty and Stefano have been working closely with him for year. Then in 1998 they changed the original store in the current restaurant, pizzeria & bar, taking with them the historical recipes for ice cream, baked sweet and savory.
