Castle of Glass.

Castle of Glass.

Cinque gin, Paragon Rue Berry, dry vermouth with cucumber and basil.
A clean, almost untouched structure. Then comes the lemon: a drop of oil, and the surface opens. Like in Linkin Park’s track, what seems solid suddenly reveals its fragility.

Purple Rain.

Purple Rain.

One sip, and the atmosphere shifts.
Rémy Martin, Cointreau, beetroot, vanilla, and mint come together in an intense, elegant, and enveloping signature cocktail.
A tribute to Prince, where depth, colour, and character take shape in a drink.
