Qualcuno dice che il fine dining, o come comunque volete chiamarlo, abbia stancato.
A noi diverte davvero tanto e a dirla tutta, ogni giorno, diverte anche i nostri ospiti.

Dal rooftop al ristorante, passando per american bar e bistrot, secondo noi non esistono posti faticosi, ma sicuramente esistono posti noiosi.

Che non siamo noi.

Some say that fine dining — or whatever you prefer to call it — has run its course.
We still genuinely enjoy it, and, truth be told, our guests seem to enjoy it every day as well.

From the rooftop to the restaurant, through the American bar and the bistrot, we believe there are no places that are demanding; there are only places that are boring.

And that's certainly not us.
