Un ristorante gestito dalla “a” alla “z” direttamente da loro, per fornirgli un reale riscontro del panorama lavorativo del settore. Un’opportunità di crescita per il territorio
circostante, che getta i riflettori della scena mondiale proprio qui, tra i vigneti e le colline. Dall’intreccio sinergico dei tre valori è scaturita l’idea del progetto didattico e formativo “La Barbera Enoteca e Training Restaurant”.

A restaurant managed from "a" to "z" directly by them, to provide a real recognition of the working landscape of the industry. A growth opportunity for the surrounding area, throwing the spotlight of the world stage right here, among the vineyards and hills. From the synergistic interweaving of the three values the idea of the educational and training project "La Barbera Winery and Restaurant Training" has sprung.
