Tra i profumi della cucina e il ritmo del servizio, c’è Munshi Rafik. Dal 2022 fa parte del team della cucina del Bistrot Muralto e si dedica soprattutto alla preparazione di antipasti e primi piatti, mettendo passione e cura in ogni portata. Quello che rende speciale il suo lavoro non è solo ciò che arriva in tavola, ma anche ciò che succede dietro le quinte: una squadra affiatata, gesti che si intrecciano ogni giorno e clienti che, tornando, diventano parte della storia del locale.

Among the aromas of the kitchen and the rhythm of service, there is Munshi Rafik. Since 2022, he has been part of the kitchen team at Bistrot Muralto, focusing mainly on the preparation of appetizers and first courses, bringing passion and care to every dish. What makes his work special is not only what reaches the table, but also what happens behind the scenes: a close-knit team, daily gestures that come together seamlessly, and customers who, by returning time and again, become part of the restaurant’s story.

C’è un’energia speciale che si respira al Bistrot Muralto: quella di un gruppo giovane che ogni giorno lavora insieme con entusiasmo, passione e voglia di crescere.
Tamara è una delle figure di riferimento della sala e da tre anni coordina il servizio serale insieme alla squadra. Per lei, il Bistrot è prima di tutto un gruppo unito, fatto di complicità, collaborazione e legami autentici nati nel tempo, dentro e fuori dal lavoro. Un luogo dove si cresce insieme, non solo professionalmente, ma anche come persone.
Giulia, che lavora al Muralto da più di un anno, accoglie ogni giorno gli ospiti in sala con attenzione e spontaneità. Ciò che ama di più del suo lavoro è lo scambio genuino e leggero che si crea con i clienti, ma soprattutto il rapporto nato tra colleghi, diventati nel tempo una vera squadra.

There’s a special energy you can feel at Bistrot Muralto: that of a young team working together every day with enthusiasm, passion, and a shared desire to grow.
Tamara is one of the key figures, coordinating the evening service together with the team for the past three years. For her, the Bistrot is first and foremost a close-knit group built on trust, collaboration, and genuine bonds that have grown over time, both inside and outside of work. A place where people grow together, not only professionally, but personally as well.
Giulia, who has been working at Muralto for more than a year, welcomes guests every day with warmth and spontaneity. What she loves most about her job is the genuine and easygoing connection that develops with customers, but above all the relationship built among colleagues, who over time have become a real team.

Ci sono persone che, giorno dopo giorno, danno forma al Bistrot Muralto.
E ci sono presenze che, a mezzogiorno, trovate sempre ad accogliervi.
Veronica, con noi da cinque anni, è il primo sorriso che vi accoglie e l’attenzione che vi accompagna a tavola. Il suo modo di lavorare è fatto di cura, spontaneità e ascolto. In lei vive la nostra idea di ristorazione: stagionale, genuina, vera.
Andrea è parte del Bistrot da otto anni ed è il responsabile della sala. Si occupa anche della formazione del team, costruendo relazioni, trasmettendo esperienza e custodendo un’identità che nel tempo è rimasta solida e riconoscibile.
Due storie diverse, lo stesso desiderio: farvi sentire sempre a casa.

Andrea has been part of the Bistrot for eight years and is the maitre. He is also responsible for training the team, building relationships, sharing experience, and preserving an identity that has remained strong and recognizable over time.

È arrivata la primavera… e con lei il nostro nuovo menù. Un viaggio tra sapori freschi, colori vivaci e piatti pensati per sorprendervi, che vi racconteremo poco alla volta nelle prossime settimane. Iniziamo da un antipasto che è pura leggerezza e gusto: l’Insalata con asparagi, pomdorini gialli, semi di lino e aceto balsamico... golosa e perfetta per dare il benvenuto alla nuova stagione. Ma questo è solo l’inizio. Il resto… vi aspetta da Muralto Bistrot.
