Maria e Maddalena sono due dei volti pronti ad accogliervi al Muralto Bistrot. Maria fa parte del team da 3 anni e, parallelamente al lavoro, frequenta la magistrale in Interpretariato alla IULM. Maddalena, invece, lavora al bistrot da più di un anno e mezzo e sta seguendo un percorso per specializzarsi come tatuatrice. Due percorsi diversi, ma una cosa in comune: l’amore per l’ambiente che si è creato all’interno del locale, fatto di complicità, collaborazione e leggerezza anche nelle giornate più intense. Entrambe si sentono parte di un team affiatato in grado di ricreare ogni giorno un’atmosfera familiare.

Maria has been part of the team for 3 years and, alongside her job, is pursuing a Master’s degree in Interpreting at IULM University. Maddalena, on the other hand, has been working at the bistrot for over a year and a half and is currently training to become a tattoo artist. Two different paths, but one thing in common: their love for the atmosphere they’ve built together at the bistrot, based on teamwork, connection, and a sense of ease even on the busiest days. They both feel part of a close-knit team that creates a warm, welcoming, and homely atmosphere every day.

Il 2 ottobre è la Festa dei Nonni. Se state cercando qualcosa da portare a pranzo, da mangiare insieme dopo il caffè o semplicemente un pensiero buono, c’è la nostra Nuvola. La prepariamo nel forno di LaBreva Catering&Banqueting : un dolce semplice, soffice, fatto per stare in mezzo alla tavola e sparire un po’ alla volta. Potete ordinarla chiamando il 328 443 3871 e passarla a ritirare al Bistrot Muralto a partire dal 1° ottobre, oppure ve**re direttamente in Bistrot e trovarla qui. Perché alla fine, per festeggiare i nonni, basta davvero poco. Una Nuvola e un po’ di tempo insieme.

We prepare it at ’s bakery: a simple, soft cake made to sit in the middle of the table and slowly disappear, one slice at a time. You can order it by calling 328 443 3871 and pick it up at Bistrot Muralto from October 1st, or simply stop by the Bistrot and find it here. Because, in the end, celebrating grandparents doesn’t take much. A Nuvola and a little time together.

Con l’arrivo dell’autunno tornano quei piatti che sanno di tradizione.
I nostri pizzoccheri uniscono la pasta rustica di grano saraceno alla cremosità del formaggio, con verdure e sapori avvolgenti. Un piatto ricco e perfetto per le prime giornate più fresche.

Da oggi inauguriamo una nuova serie di post dedicata ai protagonisti della nostra carta dei vini: un viaggio tra etichette selezionate, storie di cantine e calici da scoprire.
Partiamo con una nuova entrata: il Chianti DOCG La Breva. Un rosso dal colore rubino intenso, con profumi di viola e frutti rossi, che al palato conquista per il suo equilibrio, la piacevole sapidità e i tannini morbidi.
Con l’arrivo dell’autunno è il compagno perfetto per i sapori della stagione: ideale da gustare insieme a uno dei piatti del nostro menu, per un abbinamento che esalta ogni sfumatura.

Ogni persona porta qualcosa di diverso. Ed è anche da questo che prende forma il Bistrot Muralto.
Francesco è entrato nel team a maggio. Studia Medicina all’Universita Statale di Milano e in sala ha trovato un ambiente dove lavorare con autonomia, in sintonia con la cucina e a contatto con clienti che, spesso, diventano volti familiari.
Carola è con noi da giugno e frequenta l’ultimo anno del liceo linguistico. Quello che l’ha colpita fin da subito è stato il clima che si respira: semplice, positivo e fatto di collaborazione. Uno spirito che accompagna ogni servizio.
Due percorsi diversi, lo stesso modo di vivere il lavoro: con cura, presenza e attenzione agli altri.

Everyone brings something different. And it’s from these individual contributions that Bistrot Muralto takes shape.
Francesco joined the team in May. He is studying Medicine at the University of Milan and found, in the dining room, a place where he can work with autonomy, in close harmony with the kitchen, and build genuine connections with guests who often become familiar faces.
Carola has been with us since June and is in her final year of language high school. What struck her from the very beginning was the atmosphere: simple, positive, and built on collaboration. A spirit that carries through every service.
Two different paths, the same way of approaching hospitality: with care, presence, and attention to others.

La nostra cotoletta di vitello alla milanese incontra le bollicine del Franciacorta Barone Pizzini.
Dorata, croccante fuori e tenera dentro, la serviamo con pomodorini freschi, rucola e patatine fritte.
Nel calice, il Franciacorta Barone Pizzini completa l’abbinamento con la sua freschezza e il perlage fine: le bollicine alleggeriscono la panatura, accompagnano la delicatezza del vitello. Vi aspettiamo per provarlo al Bistrot Muralto!

Our Milanese-style veal cutlet meets the elegant bubbles of Barone Pizzini Franciacorta.
Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, we serve it with fresh cherry tomatoes, rocket and French fries. In the glass, Barone Pizzini Franciacorta completes the pairing with its freshness and fine perlage: the bubbles balance the richness of the crispy coating and perfectly complement the delicate flavour of the veal. Spiedini di pollo con peperoni e zucchine, accompagnati dalla nostra salsa chimichurri e da immancabili patatine fritte. Colorati, semplici e pieni di gusto, uno dei nuovi piatti da provare al Bistrot Muralto questa estate.

Chicken skewers with peppers and zucchini, served with our chimichurri sauce and, of course, crispy French fries. Colorful, simple, and packed with flavor, this is one of the new dishes to try at Bistrot Muralto this summer.

Due percorsi diversi, una stessa squadra.
Leonardo è con noi da circa due anni: tra servizio, banco e gli studi di architettura al Politecnico di Milano, al Bistrot Muralto ha trovato un ambiente che sente un po’ come casa.
Nicolò è entrato nel team da pochi mesi, mentre studia Data Science a Lugano, e ha trovato fin da subito qualcosa che per lui fa la differenza: il rapporto con gli altri ragazzi del team.
Per entrambi, infatti, il Bistrot Muralto è soprattutto questo: persone.
Un gruppo giovane, spontaneo e affiatato, dove il lavoro diventa più leggero e l’atmosfera più familiare.
Ed è proprio da questa sintonia che nasce il modo in cui vogliamo vivere il Bistrot Muralto: semplice, informale e accogliente. Un posto dove sentirsi a casa, sia dietro al banco che dall’altra parte del tavolo.

Two different paths, one same team.
Leonardo has been with us for about two years. Between working in service and behind the counter, and studying Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, he has found an environment at Bistrot Muralto that feels a little like home.
Nicolò joined the team just a few months ago while studying Data Science in Lugano, and right from the start he found something that makes a real difference to him: the connection with the other members of the team.
For both of them, in fact, Bistrot Muralto is above all about this: people.
A young, spontaneous and close-knit group, where work feels lighter and the atmosphere more like home.
And it is precisely this connection that shapes the way we want to experience Bistrot Muralto: simple, informal and welcoming. A place where you can feel at home, whether you’re behind the counter or sitting on the other side of the table.
