Qualche sera fa le sale di Podere Castel Merlo hanno ospitato la cena degustazione con Calvisius Caviar

Il caviale Calvisius nasce a Calvisano, nella pianura bresciana, a meno di un'ora da qui. Lo abbiamo portato in tavola accanto ai vini della nostra cantina.

Grazie a chi ha condiviso la serata con noi. Le prossime cene degustazione dell'Agri W**e Resort, a pochi minuti dal Lago d'Iseo e dalla Franciacorta, le annunciamo qui.

A few evenings ago, the dining rooms of Podere Castel Merlo hosted a tasting dinner with Calvisius Caviar

Calvisius caviar comes from Calvisano, in the Brescia countryside, less than an hour from here. We brought it to the table alongside w**es from our own cellar.

Per il pranzo di lavoro il Ristorante di Podere Castel Merlo propone ogni settimana un menu differente, ma sempre ispirato al nostro territorio: un primo e un secondo piatto, a scelta fra tre alternative, seguiti dal dessert di pasticceria.

Sono questi vigneti a dare origine ai Vini Castel Merlo: lo stesso territorio che circonda la tenuta finisce, ogni anno, nel calice.
