•What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7:45 AM to 10:30 AM. If you need an early breakfast, please inform the reception, and a take-away breakfast box will be prepared for you to pick up the evening before at our restaurant.

•What happens if we arrive after 11:00 PM?
If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please let us know and provide a WhatsApp contact so we can send you instructions for night check-in. The following morning, please visit the reception for document registration and to settle your bill or the relevant tourist tax.

•Can we reach the property by car? Where can we park?
The Inn is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). You can reach us to unload your luggage, but then you will need to exit the historic center to park. To authorize transit in the ZTL, please provide us with your car’s license plate number at check-in or, if possible, before your arrival. We can reserve a parking space at a partner covered garage for €25.00 per night, subject to availability. Alternatively, we suggest parking at the Città Alta-Parking Fara, via Fara n. 3, at a daily cost of €30. Subject to availability, we can provide a card that authorizes parking for €20.00 per night, to be paid in cash at the property. The card must be picked up at the reception before going to the parking and must be returned to the reception on the day of departure by 12:00 PM. To authorize transit in the ZTL, please provide us with your car’s license plate number at check-in or, if possible, before your arrival.

•Do you accept pets?
Your furry friends are welcome! A supplement of €10.00 per night will be charged for extra cleaning.

•What is the best way to reach your property from Bergamo train station?
The best way is to take bus number 1A in front of the train station and get off at the terminus “Città Alta - Colle Aperto,” which is about 250 meters from us.

•Can we leave our luggage if we arrive before check-in time and on the day of departure?
You can leave your luggage at the reception.
