Bridging the Cultural Gap.
Culture is human beings' way of living, it is our society's shared language, beliefs, values and norms.
Different cultures usually have different interpretations about what is ‘wrong’, 'right' based on their underlying values and beliefs.
Amazingly much of it is tied up in unspoken behaviors, mindsets, and social patterns. This is why there will always be situations where people from Different cultures can be right on both sides of an issue or belief.
The hidden characteristic of culture is unseen, they are the mindsets, motivations, unspoken assumptions,
Culture cannot exist alone within a single person; it is a group occurrence.
Nevertheless, over time Sportsbar Stadium has tried to build and shape a new culture, through:
Trust and mutual respect.
With creating an environment that feels safe.
Building a culture of diversity at the Sports Bar Stadium started with building a culture of inclusiveness. With both conscious and unconscious actions and by being open to the idea of changing cultural attitudes.
By learning and then teaching that differences exist between cultures, but not assigning values to the differences (better or worst) Cultural history, values, beliefs, and behaviors of another human.
BY bringing the many different habits, attitudes and create a world of generosity, friendliness and kindness in a cross-cultural Sports bar Stadium.
