Our little trailer is taking Monday off. 🤍

Over the last few months, it’s survived Surat heat, late-night crowds, hundreds of chimney cones, thousands of scoops of gelato, and yes... even losing the letter “d” for a while. 😭

We’ve noticed a few scratches, bumps, and signs of wear lately, so we’re taking a day to fix things up and give it the love it deserves.

We’ll be closed on Monday and back on Tuesday, refreshed, repaired, and ready for another summer of dessert runs.
