ition method of extracting oils (Cold Pressed method) from various seeds and Nuts from Wooden Churner (Lakdi Ghana). No Chemicals / Solvents are used during extracting oils. The oil produced through cold pressed method heated at 30 to 40 degree celsius in the wooden churner hence it will retain all its nutrients, taste, Colour, Aroma etc. In refined oil process oil is heated at around 300 degrees celsius, due to this nutrients in the oil get vanished. Oil produced by Lakdi Ghana is Thick as compared to Refined oil hence the quantity of oil required for cooking is also very less.
