Mixed mushroom bao with mango kasundi.

Baos are a well-requested item, and we’re happy to bring it back. These have shiitake and button mushrooms sauteed with star anise, red onions, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Highlighting Bengal’s produce, we’ve paired the cult-like Langda mango with Kasundi mustard to go with it.

Mango panna cotta - Mango panna cotta, rice cracker, coconut milk infused with ada-aam and gondhoraj.

Seasonal special, a mix of Himsagar and Alphonso mangoes in the panna cotta; we also make use of local ingredients such as the aam-aada (mango ginger) and Gondhoraj.

Corn, pomegranate, and cream cheese dimsum with coconut milk and tempered mustard oil.

Inspired by kosambiri or kachumber, we’ve paired sweet corn and cream cheese with a burst of pomegranate kernels. The dimsum sit atop coconut milk infused with lemongrass, along with a drizzle of tempered mustard oil.

Bombolone with chocolate-yuzu ganache, and Gondhoraj zest.

These pillowy Italian doughnuts are made with riced potatoes, and undergo longer fermentation than their American counterparts. While traditionally filled with pastry cream or jam, we’ve decided to be decadent with a chocolate ganache. To cut through the richness, there’s yuzu - a Japanese citrus, and the zest of the native Gondhoraj.
