ssential to every Rajasthani kitchen. This chutney is manually ground on a grindstone with Lahsun, red chilies, water and other local seasonal vegetables. Getting the flavour consistency right is an art that women in rural Rajasthan master. With Lasuney, we are trying to unite economically backward women of Rajasthan to come under a roof and use their culinary talent in making fresh batches of wholesome chutney that can be sold in the nearby urban market of Delhi/NCR and Hissar.
