part of India. 10 percent of the profit earned will be donated to the NGO(shaeed) which works for the family of army officials who lost their lives for the country.

Gym White Chicken Tikka, or Gym murgh tikka
is a mouthwatering juicy grilled chicken recipe, with chicken breast pieces marinated in chilies, garlic, lemon, ginger spices without any single drop of butter and malai. A little different from regular grilled chicken tikka, this is a kind of chicken which can be served many ways - as Gym diet, appetizer, or snack meal
This gave me real hard time in deciding the right title for the recipe. At the end, I thought the word 'gym' means no carbs no fat, will make it self explanatory and 'tikka' is something everyone knows! So, Gym Chicken Tikka it is! :)
You know what? This is our own creation for the Gym Diet lovers. Gym chicken tikka is griled chicken kabobs with unique combination of spices and Green Chillies with Ginger without any single drop of butter. I must mention, butter and cream was something always used in traditional tikka and it also takes the flavor of to whole other level! But we provide you pure tase of chicken in every bite😋

Every Bengali family loves their Murgi Jhol. It was a ritual back home to cook this Chicken Curry or Mangshor Jhol on every other Weekend. These Curries+weekends are made for each other. Here chicken pieces cooked in a spicy, delicious, finger-licking good curry (much thinner in consistency that’s why this is Jhol) with large potato chunks. After having this with steamed rice a nap is equally important, and that is what weekends nights are made for !

Mushroom tikka is one such recipe, prepared with marinated button mushrooms with other diced vegetables like capsicum and onions. it is best served with dahi mint chutney or green chutney but can also be eaten without any dips.
