My love for food started with colors..
rainbow carrots from mahab, begonias from the garden, cucumber flowers , baby beets, romanecso, surti kand, colored potatoes , matcha, butterfly pea flowers, hexenröhrling, sea grapes heirloom tomatoes and so many more

Decades later cooking and creating with all these colors still brings the same joy 🌈

A few of our emmer favorites. These are 7 of our oldest flavors created 9 years ago.We bake them fresh and sell out multiple times in a week!
A few days ago we had a new table over and I heard them asking each other if the cookies had hydrogenated vegetable fat and that's when I realised our cookies have marketed for themselves since day 1 but people visiting emmer for the first time have no idea..
We are continuously sourcing the best ingredients and rolling them by hand carefully.One of the most tedious but truly a labor of love (Jordana Green you would definitely know🤗) after watching them being enjoyed by all 💕
Freshly milled emmer, ragi, oats, nuts, hand rolled - Real butter, coverture , natural flavors and no additives.

Smoothie bowls 💗

These were one of the very first on our menu. Back in 2018 Some lovely people from the kindest Dolano’s 🌱group enjoyed them so much they would stop by every single day and i got the encouragement to play around with all the flavors possible :)
We freeze all our fruits every week to get a thick cold base (for us would win over sorbet any day ) and house made granola, chia, toasted nuts , nut butter, sea salt , cocoa or coconut flakes whatever the month calls for 💕

After so many trials with a lot of help from people along the way our fav .haji.golara and edi 💜 for ordering off the menu and trying all the combinations from figs, persimmon to passionfruit and .sanat our team to this day calls out Sanat sirs bowl if any one asks for toasted walnut and all the fruit possible 💛
