The Gandhi family, Aparna Sen, and Sourav Ganguly were among the long list of celebrities BijoliGrill has been catering to over the years, including large entities like CAB. Today, BijolGrill is a name to remember in the Kolkata culinary scene. But then came Saswati Barik, a dreamy-eyed young lady, who dreamt of reinventing the legacy.
