Banana salad with four different with unique flavour and tatse.
Just dice all four type bananas and tosse with chat masala with a dash of fresh mind leaf finely chopped and serve :-)
An excellent after meal dearly digestive dessert.

River sole di b***d and stuffed with honey mustard marinated crab meat spiced up with yellow chill, amul butter and king lemon juice with a dash of pink salt topped with mayonnaise and baked to perfection :-)

A special secret health entrée for people desire to increase mind power and memory :-)
Sweet and tender riped 100 gms jackfruit deseeded and soaked in luke warm 20 ml lime water add 5 ml high altitude honey for 1/2 an hour. Then drain the jackfruits and plate them on 50 ml gooseberry juice mixed 20 ml with pomegranate juice and 2 gm himalayan pink salt. A young twig of fresh dill, a leaf of white sage and one rose petal on the top to garnish. This unique combination makes a miracle portion of vitality for mind and memory :-)

Christmas will not be complete without Roasted Turkey & Eggnog...with gravy , wild rice and red skin potato salad. My most loved year ending dinner :-) really tough to cook in perfection, time and patience and of course a special grandma's recipe from New England......

On special request from a elite client, I developed a high potency tea, one of kind beverage that provides vigour and estacy in minutes increasing vigor to 10 folds. Brewed Himalayan white tea with hight altitude honey (honey aquired from 20 thousand feet above ground from Himalayan range) jatta mossi a estacy herb from Nepal, white musli powder and shilajit bhasma with mace with a touch of mriganavi oil. This secret formula was derived from a 1500's old culinary manuscript found from sage from Tibet.
The result was amazingly facinating a temporal rejuvenation of a 45 year old to 18 year old vigor.
It was a facinating research and analysis of a thousands of years old secret recipe :-)

I just got the prevelage to create baked samosa for a firm in Gurgaon.
It came out awesome :-) golden baked, crisp and crunchy crust with mouth watering filling of Indian authentic gobi matar and potato and peanuts. The menu will be baked samosas with gourmet fillings of flavours from around the world.

Created a awesome cancassa sauce as condiment to slow baked mushroom stuffed chicken steak.
Roma tomato with a touch of ripened cherry blanched with fresh basil, then simmered with spices for hours in low heat then sizzled with fresh rosemary and crushed pepper and roasted garlic with a dash of bitter and blush wine.
