Our team always strives to maintain the best standards of food quality no matter what, by keeping the menu limited and the food pick up hassle-free. The Brrgrr Co. will be the first of many that will serve real food, done quick. The product will be unadulterated, with almost all items made fresh in-house, always. Our goal is to create a space that is informal, yet, does the job of serving food made from responsibly sourced ingredients, at par with those at a fine-dine restaurant.

Chef doesn’t google “best mangoes in Delhi.”
Chef goes and finds them herself.

When we decided to create a mango menu, we didn’t just call a vendor and place an order.
We went to INA Market ourselves to find the organic & freshest ones.

Why? Because a mango milk shake is only as good as the mango that goes into it.
You figure it out by holding the fruit, smelling it, pressing it just slightly, watching the colour, feeling it.

This is what it looks like when a burger company takes its seasonal menu as seriously as its smash patties.
