The struggle nobody knows 😔

A workout ended with a painful neck sprain… and I still had 2 cakes to finish. For a moment, I honestly didn’t know what to do. Cancelling last minute was not an option, especially when the clients are regulars who trust me with their celebrations.

The only way I could continue was by working at eye level. Bakers will understand this — decorating a cake means constantly moving your neck up, down, sideways… and every single movement felt like excruciating pain.

But giving up wasn’t an option.

I held myself together, calmed my mind, and finished the cakes bit by bit. Honestly… it felt like a nightmare while doing it.

Sometimes people only see the final cake picture. They don’t see the physical pain, the exhaustion, the silent battles behind the scenes.

Took the next 2 days off without guilt.
Because health first. Always. 🤍
