VJ Dixon tries out TLC Art Cafe’s Rosemary Mushroom, featuring smashed sweet potato and mixed mushrooms infused with rosemary.

The aroma draws you in first, but it’s the combination of mushrooms, rosemary, smashed sweet potato and local ingredients that makes this dish stand out. Rich, well-balanced and tossed in a flavourful sauce, it’s a completely different take on mushrooms.

And if you’ve already seen Part 1, you’ll know the Chicken Fricasse brought its own unique take on fine dining.
