RED CHILLY PICKLE MADE BY ME .
RECIPE........

1kg ..... big red chilly

250gm..... sabut coriander (khadi dhaniya)

150gm ......masale wali saunf

100gm ........jeera (cumin seeds)

50 gm .........methi sabut

25gm ..........kalaunji

100gm .........pisi khatai (amchur powder) or sarso

150gm..........mustard oil

Salt as a taste.

Method---

Sari samgri ko kadhai me light fry kar le .uske baad usko grind kar le dhyan rahe jyada mahin na ho .
Ab red chilly ko dhokr uska pani sukha le .ab usko knife (chaku ) se beech se fad le aur uski dandi hata de .
Ab pise huye masale ko mustard oil me mix karke paste bana le aur usey mirch me bhr de .ab isko ek kanch ke jaar me bhr kar rakh de .uske baad usey 1 week roj dhup dikhaiye .

Note --
Isko ek saal tk use Kya ja sakta hai .
