Hi, I’m Shaili, since everyone is asking me, here’s everything:

I am living with Multiple Sclerosis, a rare autoimmune condition, and my disease has now progressed to PIRA (Progression Independent of Relapse Activity), where disability can slowly worsen even without obvious relapses National MS Society

I am currently admitted at the Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata, and beginning treatment with a monoclonal antibody medication that targets and destroys B-cells. Thank you for every message, prayer, and kind thought. My doctors believe stress and anxiety may have played a significant role in triggering this journey. As I navigate this new chapter, I would be grateful for your prayers—not just for recovery, but for strength, courage, and hope.
