Aside from our ridiculous assumptions about places like Russia, we did have other ideas, like - why not open the tea stall of the West in our very own, namma Kerala??? So two, young, dynamic (even if we do say so ours
elves) entrepreneurs got together and decided to pool their tiny pockets and big hearts. Add to that an everlasting zest for food and all things food related (as evinced by our sizes of course), a smidgen of over confidence, a dollop of optimism and a gallon of ambition. Stir well, and voila, there you have it - the creation of our mobile food trucks venture - District 7, in honor of Kochi. So, that’s our dream - rockin’ the live, street food scene throughout the great state of Kerala, cooking for and laughing with some of the best people in the world. Watch out for us and our funky, metal clunkers. But we shall always stay humble, our dearest friends.
