The first restaurant was established in the year 1991, by the visionary founder Mr. Gypsy was the first AC Restaurant providing Multi Cuisine dishes with a visible kitchen, adopting the fast food concept. in the couple of years it became the rage of the town. Then in
the year 1997, Gypsy opened another branch, an open restaurant in the middle of the main market street, with all visible kitchen providing food raging from Chat, Parathas, Chola Bhaturas, fresh juices etc. This restaurant became a milestone for people who wanted to have the street food in a neat and clean environment. In 1999 the third of the restaurant chain was established, which was the biggest of the restaurants in Jodhpur, having AC Dining Hall, Open Courtyard, AC Conference Hall and AC Banquet Hall. Year 2004 saw the beginning of new Dining experience for the citizens of the Jodhpur. When Gypsy Dining Hall was opened, providing Ethnic Thali in the most clean and neat environment. In this restaurant traditional food ranging from various states of the country, is served in the traditional style. The year 2007 saw the seed sown on a foreign land and Gypsy name was taken abroad, when a multi cuisine restaurant was open in U.A.E. All the restaurants under the chain Gypsy are renowned for the best of taste, quality and hygiene. The kind patronage of all the esteem customers from all over the world has given us the strength to follow this tradition in the future, and very soon more restaurants are going to be added under this chain.
