The story begins in the 1900s with a small kiosk, where the iconic rolls we've all grown up with were invented by Sk. Hasan Raza. The legacy was continued and pioneered by Sk. Nizamuddin. Initially, the rolls were wrapped in fine paper in 1905, and in 1907, the introduction of the Kati (Bamboo Stick) added a unique touch to the rolls. As the popularity grew, the business expanded, and in 1932, a brick-and-mortar store was established, marking a significant milestone in their journey.

From the Nizams in the streets of Kolkata to every corner of the country, Kathi Rolls have come a long way. Know the rich history of Kathi rolls.
