CHICKEN WINGS
Domino's Copycat Recipe

Serves 6

36 chicken wing pieces (one wing makes 2 pieces - the "flat" and the "drum")
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce (Frank's is the brand used in Buffalo)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
celery sticks
blue cheese dressing

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
If necessary, cut whole wings into two pieces. In a bowl toss the wings with the oil, and salt. Place into a large plastic shopping bag, and add the flour. Shake to coat evenly. Remove wings from the bag, shaking off excess flour, and spread out evenly on oiled foil-lined baking pans. Do not crowd. Bake for about 20 minutes, turn the wings over, and cook another 20 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and browned.

While the wings are baking, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan, and over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then turn off. After the wings are cooked, transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the hot wings and toss with a spoon or spatula to completely coat.
These are always served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.

DIPPIN DOTS
Domino's Copycat Recipe

Dough:

1 3/4 cups water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package active dry yeast
5 cups flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons melted margarine

Icing:
1 lb powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dots: Pour the warm water into a mixing bowl and dissolve it in the sugar and yeast. When the yeast begins to bubble, add in your first cup of flour, then the oil and salt. Add another 3 cups of flour, mixing with a large spoon until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl and holds together.

Sprinkle the last 1/2 cup of flour onto your kneading surface and turn out the dough and knead until it begins to stick together well. Add only enough flour to keep the dough from sticking to your fingers and to the board. Continue to knead until the relaxed dough feels smooth and springy. You may need to add additional flour. Form the dough into a ball, and place it in a greased bowl, be sure to turn the dough in the bowl so that the top is greased as well. Cover it and put it in a warm area away from drafts. Allow dough to double in size. This should take at least 45 minutes, maybe more, maybe less depending on the temperature of your room.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Prepare cinnamon sugar mix in a bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Shape dough into small balls approximately 1 inch in size. Brush dough lightly with melted margarine, and dip into your cinnamon/sugar mix. Place coated balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until nice and golden brown.

Ingredients :
1 regular-sized sesame seed bun
1 regular-sized plain bun
2 beef patties (2 ounces each, flattened to bun size)
2 tablespoons Special Sauce (recipe below)
2 teaspoons finely-minced onions
1 slice American cheese
3 dill pickle slices
1/4 cup of washed, shredded iceberg lettuce (drained)
Special Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons french salad dressing
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe :
1.Mix all of the sauce ingredients together, and blend the mixture until smooth. Store it in the refrigerator for about an hour before use to allow flavors to blend.

2.Take the crusts of the bun or in other words the bottom and top part where it's hard, and feed it to the birds, use it as a coaster, or just throw it away if you wish because it's not needed in this recipe.

3.Flatten two patties to about 3-1/2 inches (85mm) in diameter, and about 1/4 inch (8mm) thick.

4.Mince about a quarter of a small white onion and set aside.

5.Shred or chop an iceberg lettuce leaf into thin strips.

6.You can cook it however you wish and to your preference for doneness (rare to well done).

7.Toast the 3 buns. While the patties are frying, gently toast the buns. Do this to the both sides of the regular bun bottom and toast the sesame bun as usual (the inner sides).

8.Take the bottom of the regular bun and the bottom of the sesame bun and put 1 tablespoon of the sauce on them.

9.Grab a big pinch of the sliced lettuce and plop it onto each sauced bun.

10.On the bottom bun (the sesame), place a slice of cheese on top of the lettuce. On the regular bun, put the pickle slices on the lettuce.

11.Stack each burger patty on top of the condiments (cheese and pickles) on each layer. Top both layers with minced onions.

12.Pick up, carefully, the regular bun (with everything) and stack it on the bottom layer.

13.Place the top of the sesame bun on top of the burger.
