Yesterday at Piquant, we had the joy of hosting a wonderful group of travelers for a traditional Assamese lunch.

From crispy Luci and fried spinach leaves to comforting dal, rice, papad, lentil fritters, curries, and Assamese chicken curry - every plate was a journey into local flavors.

We ended on a sweet note with puffed rice, cream, yogurt & molasses - a simple but soulful Assamese dessert.

Thank you to everyone who joined us - your smiles made the afternoon truly special! 💚✨
