Hailing from the vibrant streets of New Delhi, Mishthi, the brains behind , proudly represents the fourth generation of the renowned Bikanervala Family.

Just like her entrepreneurial grandfather, she finds invaluable support and wisdom from her close-knit family, who serve as her trusted business advisors and mentors.

Mishthi is a certified Q grader and authorized SCA trainer. Recently, she earned the honor of being one of the youngest members on the jury for the national coffee board.

At 93 Degrees, they have stepped up their coffee game.

It is a delicious collaboration of rich espresso and velvety milk. It is perfect for those who crave espresso’s kick but can’t part ways with the comforting touch of milk.

Who invented it?

No specific genius claimed the title (at least not that we are aware of). What we do know is, the cortado has been a popular drink in Spain for ages before winning hearts worldwide. The word “cortado” itself means “cut” in Spanish, reflecting how the drink is created by ‘cutting’ the espresso with an equal amount of milk.

Coming all the way from Shillong, Meghalaya, 7000 Steps is on a wild coffee adventure across Northeast India, grooving with tribal farmers in Meghalaya, Assam, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, and Manipur.

Their journey starts with epic trips to villages, where they found coffee plants getting evicted for not having enough fans. This sent them on a quest into the hidden coffee villages of Northeast India, inspired by the Khasi tribe’s epic treks on 7000 steep steps.
