I needed a place to hang and chill with my friends. Since, I was out of places in this little town my boredom lead me to start a cafè franchise with my sister, I did not know what exactly was I aiming for at the time. I just kept learning and going along. I didn't even realise where did the time fly, 3 years gone in a flash! In this period of 3 years I gained a lot many friends, lost a couple but learnt A LOT. Flash cafè dien, has been a hangout and comfy home to many, and that was one of the objectives I had when I started off. Today to see it be in such good shape is a dream come true. All good things come to an end and just like that I have decided to give up Flash to the very able managers and move my focus to other projects in life. The timing just felt right, I'm proud to say, I have achieved everything I had set out to achieve and more which is why I'm ready to let my baby bird fly out of it's nest.
But, this is not going to be it for me with Flash, these 3 years have helped me realise how much I have fallen in love with serving good food and being a great host, although this first branch of flash is not mine anymore, it will always hold a special place in my heart, but this is just the beginning.

Flash is back yet again, with another challenge, accepting and conquering it which other franchises are too naive to take up. This time flash is going out. We had decided to add another food to the variety of delicacies already available at flash. biryani! Yes, this is all for the crazy biryani lovers out there. For those who are unaware of this recent trend that's winning the hearts of many world wide. Let me fill you in, bamboo biryani is a biryani but, better. It's spices are juicily cooked into a raw bamboo log which we are bringing from near by forests. This originated from the far off remote places called 'Maredumilli' a forest area in our very own Vizag's Araku valley. It's a delectable dish created by the triable cooks.
