Thank you team Just Punjabi for this delightful soul food. So lovingly packed and truly a taste of rural Punjab. We all loved it. Soft well cooked makki rotis, delicious sarson saag, mooli & hari mirchi plus gur was our lunch from you today. Kudos.

A glimpse of our Kitchen:

Many people usually believe that restaurant's have dirty kitchen, full of roaches and unwanted insects.

The worst time to visit One's kitchen is at night time when all the rush hour has finished and they are about to close without cleaning as staff is exhausted from intensive work and heat.

In India its a practice among all Kitchen's to clean the next day. This invites lot of rodents and unwanted insects and pets which leads to many types of diseases. Indian food is very greasy and this add's to more trouble and the MOLD just Keeps on Collecting everywhere.

We decided to make this change and it took immense up-training of our staff member's, although cost of operations are now considerabley higher and the biggest challenge of all we had to change the mindset that the kitchen staff in India, is following for century's. Here is the visible change, I am posting the pics. There is still lot more to be done to bring you nice clean hygienically cooked food.

My kitchen staff closed the Kitchen at 1:30 AM in night after cleaning and Dinner. So I will give a self like to my post.

As promised earlier I am posting pics of my kitchen taken today early morning at 8:44 AM 18/11/2016, this is how my staff leaves it at night while closing.
