Wrong commitment passed to customers when you buy spit AC, we have been bluffed by voltas company, My concern is electrical parts has spoilt which does not get spoilt within 3 yrs usually, But when raised a complaint to the call center they said that it's electrical item we cannot predict for the time frame that means after buying a AMC. The package still doesn't get the benefit as it expired recently,
So I request not to buy any voltas product this Diwali where they just bluff you by sweet talks and big commitment.please never buy their low quality product which works for only 2 years .Top of that Mr Sameer Dongre service head dombivili branch says on a conference call with higher department of the voltas department that company warranty is 1 year but I committed on phone with 2 yrs as I had purchased AMC package but later when I asked for the AMC invoice he says that mai zhoot bola as check nai Kiya, agar aapko free mai fit karvana ha toh bol doh itna natak kyun kar rahe ho mail aur baat karke using such language like tu aukat mai aajao bolo mujhe free mai fit karke chahiye bolo mujhe mai pir aapko deta hoon aapka kaam karke nahi toh 7008 bharo part ke paise.

So guys never buy this product for your Diwali later you will get ditched due to this type of answer and wrong commitment due their product works hardly for 3yrs such a low quality product, or faulty parted fitted which should work for 3 yrs and later they should earn tha price of INR 7098 FROM US
GUYS PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS PRODUCT
