After the wonderful response to our first Mozzarella Making Workshop, we’re bringing it back with three batches over two days!

This time, each batch will be limited to just 8 participants, creating a more interactive and intimate experience where everyone gets plenty of hands on guidance while learning to make fresh mozzarella from scratch.

Workshop Schedule:

Following the success of our first cheese-making workshop, Certified Cheese Maker Abhilasha Singh returns to Heirloom Naga Centre with another Mozzarella Making Workshop. This time, the workshop will be offered across two days in three small batches, creating a more intimate learning experience with greater opportunities for interaction and guidance from the cheese maker.

Spend an afternoon learning how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch in this hands-on session, followed by a cheese-tasting experience.
