Due to the ongoing dredging near Bogibill bridge,water level is continuously rising since yesterday.

কালি জামিৰা পাত্ৰ গাঁৱৰ চেংনাম হুঁচৰি দলে কাঞ্চনজংঘাৰ চোতালত অতি সুন্দৰ হুঁচৰি পৰিবেশন কৰে। আজি দুই বাজি ত্ৰিশ মিনিটৰ পৰা ছটা বজালৈকে তিনিটা দলে হুঁচৰি পৰিবেশন কৰিব।

| Kanchanjangha Floating Restaurant has been conferred with the prestigious “Floating Restaurant of the Year 2025” award by the All Assam Hospitality Welfare Association (AAHWA) at a ceremony held at Rajamouli Palace, Guwahati on February 19, 2026.

The award was presented by noted Assamese actor Diganta Hazarika to Gautam Bardoloi, proprietor of Kanchanjangha Floating Restaurant, in recognition of the establishment’s excellence in the hospitality sector. The certificate of achievement acknowledges the restaurant’s innovation, service quality, and contribution to river-based tourism in Assam.

Kanchanjangha Floating Restaurant has emerged as one of Dibrugarh’s most distinctive dining destinations, offering guests a unique experience on the river with scenic views, elegant ambience, and a curated menu featuring Assamese and multi-cuisine dishes. Now we have attached bathroom and elevated bed in our cottages.
River bank : 2 cottages, Rs 2000 including breakfast for two.
Houseboat : 2 rooms with attached toilet, Rs 2500 including breakfast for two.
We also have two tents ,one double occupancy and the other triple occupancy, Rs 1000 and Rs 1200. Beddings provided, no breakfast.
