Courtyard Memories

They are made very close to the exact manner they are made at homes - for the family. To get this we make everything using authentic natural ingredients only. Our pickles and preserves do not have any preservatives, flavor enhancing additives or even permitted food colors. Everything is made in small batches and produced using artisanal processes. The ingredients are fussily sourced – sometimes even handpicked from the farmer’s fields. Yes, as far as possible we source our ingredients directly from the primary sources. We do this because we love food and know that at the end the only thing that makes the real difference is the bhaav, the spirit with which it is made – that is the prime ingredient in all our products.
