Millet Veg Daliya – Weight Loss & Pet Ke Liye Best
Samagri – 2 logon ke liye:
Millet/Bajra/Jowar daliya – 1/2 cup = 100 gram
Moong dal dhuli – 2 टेबलस्पून = 30 gram
Gajar – 1 medium, bareek kati = 50 gram
Beans – 6-7, kati hui = 40 gram
Matar – 2 टेबलस्पून = 30 gram
Pyaz – 1 chhota, bareek kata
Tamatar – 1 medium, kata hua
Adrak-lehsun paste – 1 टीस्पून
Haldi – 1/4 टीस्पून
Jeera – 1/2 टीस्पून
Namak – swad anusar
Kali mirch powder – 1/4 टीस्पून
Ghee/Tel – 1 टीस्पून
Paani – 3 cup = 750 ml
Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye
Banane ka tarika – Total time: 25 minute
Step 1: Bhuno – 5 minute
Cooker mein 1 टीस्पून ghee garam karo.
Jeera daalo, chutkane do. 30 second.
Pyaz daalo, gulabi karo. 2 minute.
Adrak-lehsun paste + tamatar + haldi daalo. 2 minute bhuno.
Step 2: Daliya-Sabzi daalo – 2 minute
Dhula hua millet daliya + moong dal daalo. 1 minute bhuno.
Sari kati sabzi – gajar, beans, matar daalo. Namak, kali mirch milao. 1 minute chalao.
Step 3: Pakao – 15 minute
3 cup garam paani daalo. Mix karo.
Cooker band karo. Medium aanch par 2 seeti aane do. 7-8 minute.
Gas band karke 5 minute steam mein rehne do. Phir kholo.
Step 4: Serve – 3 minute
Hara dhaniya daalo. Garam-garam serve karo.
Upar se nimbu nichod sakti ho, taste badh jayega.
Tips:
Patla chahiye to 3.5 cup paani daalo. Gadha to 2.5 cup.
Weight loss ke liye ghee ki jagah bina tel ke banao, 1 glass = 180 calories only.
Bachchon ke liye thoda ghee daal do, sabzi bareek karo.
Fridge mein 2 din rakh sakti ho. Garam karke khao.
Fayde: Pet saaf, wazan kam, sugar control, garmi mein thanda. Millet mein protein + fiber dono.
