4. Advanced Chocolate making - Couverture Chocolates
Two-day course covering professional techniques, hollow figures, pralines, bonbons, and a range of ganache recipes using belgian couverture chocolate.
5. Tea-Time cakes
Learn to make delicious and yummy tea time cakes like marble cake, vanilla chocolate delight, Banana Almond , Blueberry Love.
6. Chinese Cooking Classes
Become a master chef of Chinese cooking by learning to make Hot and Sour Soups, Veg Fried Rice, Manchurian and Momos
