When it comes to reinterpreting classics, we do not play around. Try our Daawat Wala Chicken Korma, and you’ll agree with us!

Ever wondered what goes on inside the kitchen? Well, we’re giving you a little sneak peek.

At first, it may seem a bit like organized chaos, but there’s a whole rhythm to it. The tandoors are fired up, the fryers are sizzling, the aroma of tadka perfumes the air, and the chefs are doing what they do best. The orders keep flowing in, and the dishes keep flying out - that’s how we like it.

While Bhawan lies geographically in Delhi/NCR, our soul comes from all over. That’s because we go on food trips across India - and yes, there have been many.

From the blue lanes of Jodhpur to the bustling streets of Mumbai, from the food markets of Indore to the khau gallis of Delhi, we’ve eaten our way through everything these cities have to offer. Of course, we had to share them with you!

Six years of Bhawan!

We couldn’t be happier to spend our sixth birthday with you - the people who’ve popped countless Chole Bhatures, dived into Tiramisu Rasmalais and inhaled all those Besan Hazelnut Laddoos.
