The name says a lot on its own – “Ichiban” means “Number One” and that is exactly what Ichiban Japanese Restaurant aim is – to be your number one choice in excellent healthy and tasty Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Ichiban is a rather good middle-level Chinese restaurant in the otherwise glorified Punjabi-dhaba "ishtyle" landscape of the ever-popular Pandara Road Market. The restaurant serves light and subtle Chinese fare in the predictable neighbourhood Chinese restaurant interiors and the polite service of familiarity. Ichiban restaurant offers a full menu of mouth watering chinese dishes!! Recommended

Appetizers :Honey lotus stem, Kunchaow chicken, Chicken and Veggie Momos, and a variety of other mouth watering dishes!!! Recommended are the Teriyaki Chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables in a wonderful Almond Sauce, Chicken with Basil Leaves, Prawns with Bamboo Shoot and Black Mushrooms, Ichiban Special Soup, Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Chicken with Pepper Salt. Of course, there's always the Delhi Chinjabi staple too: Honey Chicken, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Hakka Noodles, Singapore Chowmein...

Last but not the least is their Yummy Desserts options like the Date pancake with Vanilla Icecream or apple/Banana toffee with Ice Cream!!
