Corporate Takeover at META Office, Gurugram ☕️
We spent the day serving speciality coffees, pourovers, ceremonial matcha, and hot chocolate, with a steady stream of people stopping by between meetings, stand-ups, and coffee breaks.
Lots of curious first sips, conversations about brewing, and a reminder that good coffee has a way of bringing people together, even in the middle of a workday.
Slowly but surely, taking specialty coffee to corporate hallways.

A Rum-Barrel Experiment from Ratnagiri Estate

From the lush slopes of Chikmagalur’s Ratnagiri Estate, producer Ashok Patre brings us a lot that’s anything but ordinary. This coffee begins as an anaerobic natural, then takes an unexpected turn, rested in rum barrels to develop layers of depth, sweetness, and unmistakable character.

At Rossette, we roast it medium to let the process speak without overpowering the cup. The result is bold yet balanced, with a lush mouthfeel and indulgent aromatics.

✨ In the cup:
Ripe Alphonso mango, black currant, vanilla, and a lingering rum-like sweetness that unfolds sip after sip.

Boozy. Fruity. Unapologetically bold.
This is Ratnagiri Rum Barrel Aged, crafted for those who like their coffee expressive and a little wild.

Straight from Chikmagalur’s Melkodige Estate, where owner Mr. Aveen worked his wizardry with a 72hr Intenso Yeast Anaerobic Fermentation. The result? A super complex naturals that’s pure poetry in a bean.

At Rossette, we couldn’t pick one perfect roast so we didn’t. Launching TWO profiles from the same lot:
✨Light Roast (SCA 87+): Lavender, Earl Grey, Blueberry, Yuzu Candy – floral heaven for pourovers & manual brews.
🍫Medium Roast (SCA 86+):Milk Chocolate, Sweet Lime, Lavender, Mulberry, Spices – pour-over perfection or killer espresso/milk drinks.
