Unlocking the secret to sensational Detroit Style Pizza lies in the art of dough-proofing. 🤌🏻

All it takes is a minimum of 24 hours of patient waiting. As the dough rests and rises, it magically transforms into a soft, pillowy bread, resembling the delightful texture of focaccia.
This slow and steady process creates a crust that's tender, yet pleasantly crispy at the edges. The result is a pizza that's pure perfection—fluffy on the inside, ready to harmonize with a symphony of delicious toppings.

Get ready to taste the magic of time-infused dough, at Motown!
