Location : This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Delhi ( Mayur Vihar )
Timings : 10am to 7pm, Mon to Sat.
Travelling : Work from Office
Remuneration (Annual CTC/Package) : 6.00 LPA to 12.00 LPA
Job Specifications :
- Education - Should at least be a University Graduate (minimum education), with a Degree or
Diploma or equivalent in any field/stream. Those with relevant education (degree/post-
degree/professional/additional certification courses) shall be preferred. Post-graduates with
Business Management degree/course (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA and alike) shall be preferred
but not compulsory.
- Experience - Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience into Franchise Sales very
specifically for Restaurant/Gyms/Health Clubs/Fitness Studios/Wellness Centers and alike, and
maximum up to 8 years& #39; relevant experience. Individuals who do not have direct experience selling
Franchises but have a very strong base and experience into managing Operations for a chain of
Restaurants/Gyms / Fitness Centers or any sort of Fitness Facility may also apply if keen to pursue
the given role or wish to explore the given position and opportunity.
- Skill Set / Personality Traits / Individual Characteristics - an Ideal fit would be someone who
has:
- Excellent English Communication Skills - with a natural flair for English communication, can
converse fluently, has a good command over vocab and diction, and writes/drafts very well.
- Great Presentation Skills - with Corporate/Business Etiquettes, and knows how to carry and
conduct themselves very well.
Role Summary : Franchise Sales Manager/Head -; will be responsible for: planning and managing
the franchising business of the company, offering continuous support to franchisees, ensuring the
overall success of the franchisor as well as that of the franchisee.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.
- Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the
franchisee agreement for the exclusive -.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract
completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to
the sales processes.
- Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and
presentation of growth/progress reports.
- Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.
- Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them, helping out to the
franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit.
- Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner, from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the
launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning.
- Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up.
- Serve as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between franchise partner and the company
headquarters (head-office).
